Products and use

ALVEO products are intended exclusively for personal, external cosmetic use. They do not in any way constitute a medical treatment, a medicine or a substitute for professional health advice. If you have any doubt about the compatibility of a product with your state of health, we recommend that you consult a healthcare professional before use.

Skin tolerance test

Before first use, we recommend performing a skin test on a small area (wrist or crook of the elbow) and waiting 24 hours to check that there is no allergic reaction or intolerance.

Limitation of liability

ALVEO accepts no liability in the event of:

• Misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions for use
• A skin reaction linked to a known individual hypersensitivity or allergy
• Use of the product on damaged or irritated skin, or skin undergoing medical treatment
• Individual incompatibility not previously reported to our customer service

Intellectual property

All content on the getalveo.com website — texts, visuals, logos, descriptions — is the exclusive property of ALVEO and is protected by the intellectual property laws in force. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
