30-day satisfaction guarantee

You benefit from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, after trying our cream at home, you are not fully convinced, simply contact us at info@getalveo.com to request a refund.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Hygiene exception — Important

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, any cosmetic product that has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. This exception applies regardless of the withdrawal period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must absolutely be:

• Unopened and unsealed
• In its original, intact packaging
• Returned within 14 days of receipt

Return costs

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product on receipt.

• We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

• The refund is made within 7 to 14 business days
• The refund is made via the original payment method
• The original shipping costs are not refunded

Defective product

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we cover the return costs and proceed with a full refund or a replacement shipment, according to your preference.
